Customers must contact the shop on the same day of purchase (before the end of business hours) to request a return or exchange.

If you fail to contact us within the purchase day, no return or exchange will be accepted.

Only product exchanges are allowed; cash or digital refunds are not available.

The product must be in its original condition – unworn, unwashed, unused, with original tags and packaging intact.

Damaged, altered, or used items will not be accepted for exchange.

4. Non-Returnable Items

Customized, altered, or special-order products.

Accessories (e.g. jewelry, innerwear, etc. for hygiene reasons).
5. Process for Exchange

Contact us within the same day of purchase through phone, email, or in-store visit.

Provide proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation).

Bring the item to our store (or ship it back at your own expense, if purchased online).

Once the product is inspected and approved, we will process the exchange.
