Delivery Policy of Rongila Fashion

At Rongila Fashion, we aim to deliver your orders securely and on time. By placing an order, you agree to the following delivery conditions:
1. Delivery Coverage
We currently deliver to addresses within Canada and the USA.
International delivery (outside USA & Canada) may be considered on request and subject to approval.
2. Delivery Fee & Payment
Delivery fees must be paid in advance at the time of order placement for both USA and Canada.
Orders will not be processed or shipped until the delivery fee is fully paid.
Delivery fees are non-refundable, even if the order is returned or cancelled.
3. Delivery Time
Estimated delivery times are:
Canada: 3–7 business days (depending on province).
USA: 7–14 business days (depending on state).
Delivery times are estimates only and may vary due to shipping carrier delays, customs clearance, weather, or other unforeseen factors.
4. Customer Responsibility
Customers must provide a complete and accurate delivery address.
Rongila Fashion is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries due to incorrect addresses or absence of the recipient.
If a delivery attempt fails, the customer may be required to pay additional fees for re-delivery.
5. Order Tracking
Once shipped, customers will receive a tracking number (where available) to monitor delivery progress.
6. In-Store Pickup (Optional)
Customers may choose free in-store pickup at our physical location:
2972 Danforth Ave, East York, ON M4C 1M6, Canada.
7. Delays & Liability
Rongila Fashion is not liable for delays caused by third-party shipping carriers, customs, or events beyond our control.
Our responsibility ends once the order is handed over to the shipping carrier.
